Customer responsibility

When you upload artwork to us, you affirm that you either own the rights to reproduce it, or have explicit written permission to do so. You are responsible for any copyright or trademark complications that arise from the artwork you submit.

What we may refuse to print

We reserve the right to decline artwork that contains:

• Copyrighted material without proof of rights
• Hate speech or extremist content
• Harassment or threats
• Illegal material
• Content that threatens our equipment or reputation

Quality standards

Designs must satisfy minimum quality thresholds. Low-resolution, highly compressed, or improperly prepared artwork may not produce good results. We'll let you know if your design is problematic before production starts.

No reuse

We do not reuse or redistribute your artwork for any other purpose.
