Welcome to Grateful Thread LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order on gratefulthread.shop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom orders & pricing

All prices shown on the site are estimates only. Final pricing may change based on:

  • Actual number of colours
  • Garment selection
  • Artwork suitability
  • Additional finishing requirements

We will confirm the final price with you before production begins.

Production begins only after artwork is approved, details are confirmed, and payment is received in full (unless special deposit terms were prearranged).

2. Payment

Payment is up front via Stripe. A deposit option may be offered only to select customers at our discretion.

3. Artwork & intellectual property

You affirm that you own the rights to the artwork you upload, or you have explicit permission to reproduce it. You retain ownership of your artwork.

We reserve the right to decline artwork that violates copyright, contains hate speech, illegal content, or prohibited imagery, or is unsuitable for printing.

4. Production timeline

Typical turnaround time is 2 business days from approved artwork, confirmed garment availability, and completed payment. Delays may occur due to stock shortages, complex artwork, or volume of orders.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before we incur material or production costs. Once printing or garment purchasing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

6. Returns & refunds

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for sizing issues, personal preference, or customer artwork errors.

Remakes or refunds apply only if the garment itself is defective, the print is defective, or we made an error in production. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Resolution may take up to 14 days.

7. Shipping

We ship from Los Angeles, CA to U.S. addresses only. Carriers may vary depending on availability and platform integrations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost packages not covered by insurance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the goods you purchased or replacement or refund for defective items. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
